DEPOSIT and Cancellation – Please Read Carefully!

  • Full payment is required upon booking. If you would like refund, please cancel your booking at least 45 days prior to the stay.
  • On Long Weekends we have a 3 night minimum reservation requirement in our cabins and RVs, 2 night minimum all other times
  • All individual reservations are subject to a 45 day cancellation policy – in other words – if you cancel less than 45 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
  • All group bookings (8 or more cabins, RVs, and sites or combination of) are subject to a 60 day cancellation policy on any portion of the booking (cabin, RV or site) – in other words – if you cancel any 1 item less than 60 days from your reserved arrival date, no refund or credit of your deposit will be granted.
  • No refund will be given for early departures.
  • All prices subject to change without notice, prior to or after deposit taken for future reservations.

Check-In, Check-Out, Vehicles and Noise

  • Check-in time 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am.
  • When you arrive, STOP and check in at the office.
  • No refund will be given for early departures.
  • Quiet time is 11:00 PM. All of our guests are on holidays, and are entitled to peace and quiet at our campsite. Please respect others.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.

Pets at Peaceful Cove Resort

All Pets are welcome and owners must be responsible and diligent to cleaned up after by their owners. Unfriendly dogs must be leashed at ALL TIMES.

There is a per stay charge of $30.00 for per Pet. Pets must not be left alone in cabins nor are they allowed on furniture or beds. Remember, noisy pets disturb others, so please do not leave pets unattended.
